As an experienced journalist and commentator, Frank Millard started The Context on a good footing. Millard, armed with a PhD in English and History, has been working together with other commentators he has come to know during his career. Aided by colleague and friend Thea Montgomerie-Anderson, they launched an appeal for writers. This included contacting leading political figures in their rolodexes, but also figures spanning from economics to science and literature.
Visual Editor, web designer and Cartoonist Eliot Lord seeks to add artwork to the publication to create a more visually engaging experience for the viewer. As an aspiring newspaper cartoonist (big shoes to fill), Eliot has already had his work published in The Morning Star, Europinion, Spotted News and The New Cartoonist, and is delighted to be contributing to The Context News as its visual editor, illustrator, compiler and occasional commentator.
Joining Millard and Lord in the first edition of the publication were Lord Prem Sikka, David Starkey CBE, Sir John Redwood, Kevin Dent KC, and many many more.
